
Calendar>More>Appointment types>Add a New Type

Enter the Name

Select Clients can book this appointment type and All clients can book

Edit the Length of the appointment time

Under Contact types, deselect Phone Call. Select In-person if you have an In-person office.

Select Require client to provide a reason for appointment when booking

Attach a form to be sent out to patients under Schedule Content:
After Booking -Preferred
Before Appointment - Preferred
After Appointment

Click Add Appointment type
